I made my first mini album, thanks to much inspiration from Lacy at Tatum Tales. I first saw her mini albums several months ago, and thought they were so cute and charming. I gave up on paper scrapbooking 10 years ago, but this seems like a nice way for it to be manageable without getting out of control with expensive supplies and clutter. I really liked Lacy's mini of her daughter's first words and phrases, and I thought that would be a good place for me to start. I used scrapbook paper I already had at home, most of it leftover from my collage fail. I made a collage at Big Huge Labs, printed it at Target, and cut the pictures apart. I bought a few inexpensive embellishments and called it a day. I hope to add to it as Raegan's vocabulary grows.

I am currently working on filling a mini that I won from Lacy's blog. I'm using it for our favorite meals. I'm not listing the recipe, just the ingredients. I think it will help me with my grocery list and meal planning.
And here is my next project. It's a December mini to document our daily events for the days leading up to Christmas. It feels very ambitious, but I think I will be really glad I did it. Check out a completed December mini here. I'm sure mine will be nothing close to this one; this lady is a professional with her own designs and supplies for sale. Nonetheless, I'm really excited about it.
