I think Annie hates me for always bringing Raegan when I visit. By the first morning, Raegan had already run Annie off her pillow.

But they do have their sweet moments of sharing.

We've been partying down with Raegan's family in Nashville. I don't know about her, but I'm wiped out. We had delicious ice cream cakes from Publix, although their decorating left a little to be desired. It certainly didn't qualify as a cake wreck, but it wasn't what I had in mind. Oh well, it tasted good. She had a great time with everyone and especially enjoyed playing with her little cousins. She took a few accidental knocks, but they are very sweet to her and gave her lots of hugs. She and Annie have chased each other all over the house. Actually, Raegan chases and Annie runs away. She has the speed advantage for now, and Raegan rarely catches her. Raegan is trying her best to say "Annie dog" and "pup" while chasing her. They've been very busy taking toys from each other like catty sisters and encroaching on each other's territory. Annie takes Raegan's toy, so Raegan sits in Annie's bed. I'm glad we don't have a dog yet because it would be like having two small children, and I'm just not ready for that.

"I'm not sure how you all know the words to the same song, but I know the cake comes next."

"num num num!"
My grandmother gave her a roll of toilet paper . . . genius!

The birthday banner made another appearance
