Raegan is such big-time stuff in her new chair! She climbed right in and opened the rest of her gifts. She also got a cookware set, Beatles lullaby CD, books, and a dog blanket.
She listened to it once and then read to herself on Christmas Eve.

I was very excited to give this gift to grandparents and really enjoyed making it. It's a 3x3 accordion album with magnetic covers to help keep it closed.
Christmas Day
We've enjoyed all of our family parties and our busy calendar has settled down. Raegan has been so sweet to everyone. She has been down the indoor slide at Grandmommy and Pop's house about 100 times. She's given lots of hugs to her cousins, and they take turns on the slide. She has added several new words and sounds to her vocabulary, like "sh sh sh" for shake, shake, shake as she shakes the bed sheets like the parachute at The Little Gym. I got her the extended version of Dr. Seuss' ABCs. She already has the small board book, which is a scaled-down version. We read it every day before nap time, and she is starting to point out a few letters. She's doing great with one nap a day. She is consistently napping 2-2.5 hours. I'll wrap up with my recent favorite story - A few nights ago when Ryan put Raegan to bed she stood up, so he whispered, "Lie down." She softly whispered back, "Nooooo."
