She loves her new Exersaucer!
Checking her make-up before we go out

Raegan is doing really well with her new foods. Sweet potatoes, peas, and green beans seem to be her favorites. She will eat butternut squash, bananas, and pears, but they make her shiver. Avacados are a no-go at this point. I don't like them either, even in guacamole. I'll keep trying though, because they are a really good source of healthy fat. I don't know if I mentioned before but she has eczema. It's flared up on her leg right now and she's scratching it when I change her diaper while the pants aren't covering her skin. I keep the cream on it several times a day, but it isn't going away. Our pediatrician said her daughter had it as a baby, and in this dry climate it's nearly impossible to keep it away in the winter. She said it should get better in the warmer months. It's like whack-a-mole... one spot clears up then another one appears. I got her an Exersaucer on Friday. I had a 20&% off coupon to Babies R Us and when I got there I was happily surprised that it was already $20 off, so I got it for a great price!

I'm still sticking to my Insanity workouts and I can definitely tell a difference around my waist. I have one more week on the first level, then I get a recovery week and four weeks of the harder level. I got a book on Saturday that I'd like to read in all my spare time. It's called The Geography of Bliss. I'd never heard of it before I bought it. I don't normally buy a book on a whim without reading reviews first, but it looked really interesting. It examines 10 different countries and how each culture defines happiness. On a business note, I was contacted by a lady last Saturday about designing a logo for the adoption agency she is starting. I'm almost done with it and I'll post the finished product soon.
I went to the grocery store today and came back to Raegan in this outfit that Ryan picked out...
She was very embarrassed of her outfit and did not want any photos taken
He said he couldn't find any pants to match the shirt, so he went all out and found these jeans in her 12 month drawer. I'd also like to point out that the shirt is 3-6 months and a little on the snug side. Oops, I've just been busted. He figured out why I'm asking him questions about her outfit. I actually needed a good laugh when I came home from the grocery store. I used to enjoy grocery shopping, but over the past year I've come to hate it!! I'm nicer when Raegan's with me, but it's easier to go without her. At least I didn't yell at the Self-Checkout machine like a lady did today, so I consider that a small victory.
