Trader Joe's Greek Yogurt with Honey

I tried several brands of Greek yogurt recently to move away from the sugar and additives in other yogurts. But I couldn't handle the tart, tangy flavor of Greek yogurt. Then I tried this one and it's very creamy and a little sweet with real honey. I like it by itself, but I'm sure it would be good with some granola mixed in.
Freeze-dried strawberries

I originally bought them for Raegan as a snack on-the-go. I also like the freeze-dried option to keep from tossing expired produce. There's no added sugar, just good ol' fruit, astronaut style.
Better Oats - Oat Revolution! Maple and Brown Sugar
I've been eating oatmeal for breakfast for about 10 years. I don't even think about it anymore; a bowl of oatmeal just appears before me each morning. For what it's worth, I have high levels of good cholesterol. I learned this last year when I was convinced I was going to have a heart attack at any moment and had my blood tested. Apparently, I was just stressed. As much as I love oatmeal, every now and then I need to switch things up. I've been eating the Maple and Brown Sugar variety. It has a little sweetness and the added bonus of flaxseeds. Raegan likes it too.
And so as to not misrepresent myself ...

I'm loving our new cupcake shop. This is my favorite, the Java Chip. It has chocolate chips on the bottom with coffee buttercream icing.

I like that brand of oatmeal too...only I am NOT eating maple anything. I am a big fan of Greek yogurt. I prefer the kinds with real fruit in it. Black cherry is my favorite. Never even thought about freeze dried strawberries. I will definitely try them now.

Did you HAVE to post the pic of the cupcake?! It looks so yummy and almost makes me wanna load up all three kids just to go get a cupcake. Thanks.
Also, we really enjoy Dannon's full fat (it's either whole milk or 2%) plain yogurt. It's pretty mild tasting and makes a great starter if you want to make your own.
