Goals for 2011

*I made my first batch Saturday morning, and they were divine, if I may say so. I cut the recipe in half, which made 3 pans. We polished off 2 pans in 2 days and gave one to Tony and Shaina. I'm already craving more!
  • Continue adding designs to my shop, even in non-holiday times. Business really picked up last year, especially around the holidays. I've already done some work this year, including a really neat project I'm working on for Laura at Pitter Patter Art.
  • Finish my December Daily by the end of February. I'm almost done with my photo collages, then I can begin assembling everything. Here's a little preview:

  • Drink more water. I don't drink much other than water, coffee, and an Instant Breakfast in the morning. I need to be more consistent with my water intake.
  • Take my vitamin everyday and give Raegan her daily vitamin drops. Hers smell disgusting but she loves them. No excuse for my past vitamin slacking!
  • Cook more often from scratch. I have been doing more of this lately. I found some recipes we really like and have incorporated them into our dinner rotation.

  • Be more mindful and disciplined with my computer time and TV viewing. This will be really hard! Sometimes when Raegan naps I just want to zone out, and I lose motivation to do anything productive.
  • Work out at least 3 days a week. I don't do well with consistent exercise when I don't have a specific goal to work towards, such as being toned for our wedding, losing pregnancy weight, etc. I'm not so good at the maintenance part. I'd like for my arms and back to be stronger, especially as Raegan keeps gaining and wanting to be picked up.

I need to delve into the Pioneer Woman's site. I hear such great stuff about her recipes.
Your goals sound very reasonable. You always seem so put-together, I imagine you will achieve whatever you put your mind to!

I made those cinnamon roles and oh my goodness.

And yes, drinking more water is one of my goals. I don't drink much in the day unless I'm thirsty but I know I need more.
