3 Months

  • still loving the ceiling fan
  • chatters back and forth with us, especially after a feeding
  • makes a motorboat/raspberry sound
  • weighed 15 pound & 10 ounces at a dr. visit at 10 weeks
  • 6 month clothing (not for much longer)
  • size 2 diapers
  • grabs objects hanging from his play mat
  • sleeps 6+ hour stretches more consistently at night
  • naps are getting better... some are just 45 minutes - Raegan did the same thing at this age and it eventually improved.
  • has accepted the Miracle Blanket
  • watches Raegan and follows her with his eyes
  • does not like his car seat unless the car is moving

We went to an allergist today to have him tested. His diapers suddenly changed about 6 weeks ago. I eliminated dairy from my diet to see if it helps. I have taken out the obvious things, like milk, yogurt, cheese, etc., but I know I am still eating some "hidden dairy" because I'm not used to reading labels so closely for dairy... and the luscious cream in my coffee. They did skin pricks on his back for dairy, wheat, soy, peanuts, and eggs. He had a fairly strong reaction to the egg site, so the doctor wants me to add dairy back (halleluyer! or holly-newee, as Raegan would say) and take out eggs. Fair enough.
