Cravings: I haven't had any strong cravings lately, but I have tried several new pumpkin recipes. I have a sweet tooth, but that's nothing new. Overall, we eat cleaner than we did a few of years ago - much less processed food. It probably didn't help matters that I ate Easy Mac every day for lunch while pregnant with Raegan. Times have changed.
Misc. Alterations: I'm still sleeping well, for the most part. Sometimes it takes a while to fall asleep, but my bladder makes it through the night. My latest blood work showed anemia, so I'm on an iron supplement which tends to "slow things down." That's always fun. I'm trying to drink even more water than before.
Raegan's Thoughts: She seems to have accepted that it's a boy and there's no turning back. She kisses my belly sometimes and says "hi" to him. She asks what he's doing in there: Is he swimming? Does he have a blanket? What did he say?
In other news, Raegan is doing well at school. She still does not like drop-off time. She doesn't cry anymore, but she clings to me, and I have to pry her off. I think she quickly goes on her merry way and is always happy when I come back. She has been asking some big questions lately, such as "Who made God?" and "Where was I before I was in my mom's tummy?" Last week it was her (my) turn to bring snack and be the teacher's helper. I got to stay the whole time and volunteer with the class. It was neat to see what they are doing and piece together the things she tells me.
