She Has a Baby in Her Tummy

How far along: 14 weeks, due December 28th
Size of the baby: a lemon
Cravings: eggs, popcorn, warm creamy things (first trimester), not much in particular right now
Aversions: smelly hand soaps, coffee (thank goodness that nonsense has passed), salmon, the texture of cooked bell peppers
Raegan's thoughts: She wants me to have 5 babies. Negative. Most of the time when we ask if it's a boy or a girl, she says "gur." (I'm going to miss that word so much when she starts saying "girl.") Recently my dad asked her if she wanted a brother or sister, and she answered, "I want a dog!" : / She has begun to initiate talking about the baby in the last week. She asked if babies come out with diapers on, and she said she will give it a diaper. At both of my appointments so far she asked if we were there to push the baby out.
Boy or girl: I really don't know this time around. In my subconscious daydreams it's a boy because I hear myself saying to Raegan, "Your brother... ." I was sure that Raegan was a girl from the very beginning, but I'm not getting any strong feelings one way or the other this time.
How I'm feeling: Overall, I feel good. The first trimester included the usual yuck feeling and fatigue, but that has mostly passed. My blood pressure is great and lab work came back normal. We are very excited, and I haven't let myself think much about how different things will be. I'll get around to it.
