Getting Settled

Hello, everyone. I started this blog so that Ryan and I can keep you updated on how we're doing. We are enjoying NM so far. The weather has been nice; however, it has rained much more than I expected. People here say this is pretty rare. Ryan likes his job and I'm currently looking for a position as a teacher's assistant. I had an interview on Wednesday, but I haven't heard anything yet. During the day I stay busy running errands and working around the house trying to get everything unpacked and organized. We ordered a few new pieces of furniture last Saturday, and once it gets here and we get settled I will post pictures of the house. We've been out several times with a guy from Ryan's office. He is getting married in October, and I'm looking forward to his fiancee being here. Tomorrow we are going to an office picnic, and I'm excited to meet more people that Ryan works with. I'll try to write at least once a week and see how that goes.
