Drop off for days 3 and 4 looked more like this:
We both took her on Tuesday and she seemed fine when we said "bye." As the door closed behind us, we heard her crying, and she actually chased us out the door of her classroom. We got her calmed down, but she still didn't want us to go. Thursday was worse. She was not calmed down when I left, and that was really hard for me. I called a little later, and the director said she was fine and had even offered her beloved puppy to another girl who was sad.
When I pick her up she doesn't have much to say about what she did at school. Throughout the afternoon at home I hear her sing songs she's learning. She said she's too shy to sing at right now. She was excited when they sang "London Bridge." I think it's actually a prayer song to the tune of "London Bridge." Her version is "Close your eyes and bow your hands, my fair lady." By dinner time she will tell Ryan a few things that happened. She said a boy kissed her a couple of days. His dad happens to work with Ryan, so papa bear settled it ASAP :) The boy said Raegan took play-doh from him, but "she is really pretty."
