- loves her grocery cart and play food
I love Melissa and Doug products. She got the shopping cart from my parents and the fruits and veggies from her cousin for Christmas. I love how realistic they are in terms of color, size, and texture. She spends a lot of time taking them from her cart to the shopping bag, back and forth.
- tries to put pants on by herself
- asks for Pop and cousin Haley (Hay!) all day
- favorite activities at Little Gym right now are the rings, parachute, and getting her hands (and anything else) stamped at the end
- likes to wash her hands at the sink
- wants to take her clothes and diaper off
- doesn't like it when we wear jackets and tugs on them saying "off!"
- new words: "shoot" (parachute), "atch" (watch), "ack" (walk, grabs our hand to walk with her), sit, see, "jink" (drink), "side" (slide), "cam" (the "camel on the ceiling" in the Dr. Seuss ABC book is upside down and she wants to see him), "cheh" (chair)
- constantly asks to sit on the counters
- still loves to look through picture books and magazines and point out what she knows ~ She wants us to ask "Do you see a lion? Do you see an apple?", etc. Now she says it all to herself sometimes. We hear her in the car and at home saying "You see a kite? He is." (here it is)
- breast feeds her baby (and a dog once) She is so serious and focused on this task.
